José Antonio Bravo von Bischoffshausen, Winemaker Agronomist, n ° reg. 871, College of Agricultural Engineers Chilean winemakers. Educated at the University of Chile, began his extensive experience in winemaking working in Viña Concha y Toro, Undurraga and Viña Haras de Pirque. In 2000 he moved to Mendoza (Argentina) where he worked for three years as chief winemaker of Bodega Tapiz, which belongs to the Kendall Jackson Wine Estate group. Later he travels to Monterey (California) to join the winemaking team of Kendall Jackson for three years.He returned to Chile in 2006 and over the next 5 seasons he joins the winemaking team Emiliana Organic Vineyards and Winery as winemaker responsible for Los Robles, where they produce organic and biodynamic wines as Coyam, Gê and Novas Signos de Origen. He has dabbled in some parallel activities, such as providing advice for various small oenological projects in VI, VII and VIII regions of Chile.


 

Jaime Nuñez Sunkel, Agronomist and Viticulturer, formed in the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with a Masters degree in Viticulture in the same university. He acquired extensive experience in viticulture as a farm manager in a family project in Santa Cruz, constituting the fourth generation of the family working in agriculture. This project produces different varieties of wine such as Petite Syrah, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo, Malbec, and more traditional varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenere and Syrah. His family project also includes smaller-scale cultivation of minor fruit (blueberries) and non-traditional fruit (pistachio and pomegranate).
